november and december bookings available. starts with home consultation in early fall and provides suggestions to enhance holiday decor. labor and decorating services included at an hourly rate, combining clients decor with new, available to purchase updated decor. limited bookings, consider booking early.

using the homeowner’s furnishings to best meet the eye of a potential buyer. rearranging to best showcase the space. focus on depersonalizing the interior space and removing visual clutter. continuing the standard of a crisp design, pop of color and dash of leopard. there is likely a lot of potential with the furnishings and space right in front of you. just needing that extra eye to complete the look.
home consultation
identify resources to prepare the property for the market. service includes a 60 minute consultation with client and concludes with written report. this service is useful for clients a few months away from listing their property. often it takes a neutral party to come through with ideas, that can be very simple fixes to maximize the space and appeal to potential buyers.
